We collaborate closely VG-EcoFuel, that specializes in the processing of biofuels. VG-Port collects used cooking oils from restaurants, bakeries, and cafes around Finland.  Cooking oils are being further processed into biofuel for cargo ships. The service is free for our customers who save on waste management costs and, above all, participate in climate actions. Read more at VG-EcoFuel’s website.

In 2023, we started collecting also used coffee grounds from our existing customers. Coffee grounds are a good raw material for the needs of home gardening, and our partner Berner Oy further processes them into nutrients and growing pads. Read more at www.greencare.fi
